I used this ssveral times and had great results. Its easy to apply, assuming you can catch and bowl the fish. You don;t need to sedate the koi if you can get them calm and roll them over in the bowl, then hold with one hand and apply to wound. Very effective.

great prefilter, protects the pump without clogging. A bit difficult to clean because you have to unscrew it under water to remove the filter, then all the muck on the outside of the filter falls off back into the water. But I guess you will have that with any underwater prefilter.
