It's ridiculous that Savio would misrepresent the functionality of its product. Their statement that the skimmer has "One-click locking weir for complete isolation and winterization" is completly false and I use the word "completly" as the good lord defines the word! Based upon their reaction to my complaint, I believe that they are intentionally trying to misrepresent their product. Listening to them try to explain what they meant by "complete isolation" is reminiscent of Bill Clinton define the word "is". Terrible product, even worst customer service!
