In insist these be used whenever I install a bottom drain for a new pond. hold these next to any other model out there and you will see where the extra money goes. VERY solid unit.

This is my "go to" filter for most of my upgrade and installation projects. There are better filters out there, but they also cost a lot more. For the money this is a great filter. They use a Hayward valve that will last for decades, good surface area on the media and solid construction and design. I do recommend installing a blower on the larger units, 4000 and up, as the backwash isn't 100%.

Sold and installed a pond with this system, and I gotta say it completely kicks ass. very competitive in price with other top filter system systems out there and it really doesn't get much better. You will have excellent water, healthy koi and very low maintenance.

Installed a couple of these in skimmers. They work very well for the money, but the flow rate wasn't what expected after head. But I have always liked Pondmaster for their reliability and efficiency and this pump definitely fits that bill.

This is the newest version from Sequence. I have installed several this year and they are very well made pumps. I love that they FINALLY made a smaller pump with a 2 in male in and out. Makes it much easier to install. Good flow and low watts for the money.
