Absolutely, positively useless in a koi pond system, and fairly worthless used in aquariums. Don't waste your money. There are far better products out there for ornamental pond fish like koi or goldfish.

5 stars on this product! Use it as a dip, paste or spray on. Amazing healing when nothing else will work and injectibles are impossible. Easy to mix, easy to use, easy on the fish, easy on the pocketbook compared to other meds--every koi kichi should have this stocked in their pond apothocary cabinet for emergency wound treatment. It IS a must have!

Acriflavin has been a good antibacterial for use in my quarantine systems. I find it comparable to Elbagin, yet it doesn't dye the water a deep yellow or irritate the fish if accidentally overdosed (which Elbagin WILL).

Pretty good food for summer growth spurts. More waste apparent than with a good Dainichi or Chengro diet, but price makes it desirable if the other brands cost too much for the old budget.

Here's a food comparable to Hikari Wheatgerm. It's highly digestible and palatable and the fish find it very tasty. If my local feed store carried it, I'd prefer it over the Hikari. Alas, it is not carried by everyone....
