This product works pretty well, but for the money I will go with the aquameds product because its treats ten times more.

I love much this product treats for the money. One pound lasts me all season and it ends up being 1/3 the cost of most any other product and it works just as well if not better.

I am a believer in clay for all ponds and water gardens. This is one of the more expensive clays per pound, but it dissolves very fast and doesn't leave grit at the bottom.

used this for many years. I just leave it in the pond all season. Its good to know the temps so you know how much to feed and when to stop feeding as the water gets colder.

The most important thing about a pond heater like this is reliability. It can't break down when the weather really gets bad. If it does then the pond freezes over completely and the fish might not make it. I used this unit for 4 winters in a row and it never let me down.

cheap stuff, no better then bird netting. If you want good netting for your pond get nylon netting, not this plastic stuff. It will last for many years and look great.

Its a well made UV that I installed very easily. But I had to slow the flow rate down to below the recommended rate as it was too fast. Right around 2000 to 2500 gallons is about all it can handle.

I had trouble with this stuff. It made my koi go to the bottom with clamped fins with 10 min of adding it.

I like this much better the clove oil. They go down easy and wake up very quick. Clove oil takes them a long time to wake up and they are groggy for awhile. Not so with this, they wake up alert which I think is less stressful for them. Clove oil is cheap, but this isn;t all that much more.

This worked pretty well. I had anchor worms and mover the koi into QT and used these. It took about 2 weeks and several treatments for the anchor worms to be gone completely, but after that they never came back.

I had very good success with this. I had tried a pond wide treatment and it didn't really help much. So i caught them up and gave three dips, once a day for three days, then waited a week and repeated. By the end of the second round of dip the koi were 95% to 100% healed and never needed additional treatment. I did use medicated food during the process, but that was it.

I don't think there is another mechanical prefilter that can handle this high of a flow rate, do this good of a job and fit in this small of a foot print. It is very expensive for the amount of materials that go into it, I suspect you are paying for the innovation and not the construction cost. But still a very good filter.

I have had this as my main filter for several years now. it back washes very well and does a great job of filtering. i have two ponds and this one is hooked up to my big 7000 gallon filter. Its not my only filter on this pond, but it handles the bulk of the muck from the bottom drain. Its construction is very sturdy and can handle being exposed to the elements.

This is the only other pump on the market that i think compares in quality to the sequence. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the flow at higher head is not as good as sequence. But they last and last and are very well made.

I just spent about $1500 to have one of these installed on my swimming pool (not my pond) 3 months ago. But it has been a great pump and has already reduced my electrical bill by over $100 a month, so the extra costs will pay for themselves very soon.

If I have to go to the store to get food because I can't order online for whatever reason, then this is the food I look for. It's the only pet store brand of food anybody should ever buy for koi. Its a bit too expensive when bought retail like this. if you want this food, shop around online, lots of good dealers selling it for cheaper.
