Overall Rating:  | ProForm-LA is the safest and most effective treatment for the control of diseases of pond fish caused by Lice and Anchor Worms.
It is just as safe to use on pond fish as Dimilin, yet it is much safer for human contact. It will not harm reptiles (turtles), amphibians (frogs) and mollusks (snails). When used as directed, it will not harm biological filtration and may be used with "scaleless" fishes such as doitsu koi.
Usage:
- Three treatments, one week apart are recommended.
- May be used in any water temperature.

I had a big problem with anchor worms on some new fish that I bought online. I had them in a 200 gallon tank and within 1 week there was not a single worm on them and all the little red spots had healed up. This stuff really works.

Very effective and safe product that is great for treating both anchor worms and lice. It is safer then Dimilin and costs less too. I have used this on my clients ponds dozens of times with much success.

I had good success with this stuff. It took three treatments but the anchor worms were gone and have not come back. It does what it says...what more can I say about it?

Was recommended this product on a search for dimilin, i operate a Koi Rescue and brought home more than koi this season. I used proform la as recommended. 3-4 Weeks later the fish are doing poorly, and the lice did not begin to fall off as described. I have treated for a forth week now and am still looking for dimilin. have lost one month waiting for results and must start over at this late date(season) the price was good as I had to treat 10,000 gallons. Good money out for bad. The where to buy button on this site is not active active and I still cannot find. I believe Jungles Anchors Away uses dimilin as active ingredient but seems expensive. Very dissapointed with proform LA some one please help me find DIMILIN at most reasonable cost.

Cheaper and easier to get. This product got rid of anchor worms in a pond very quickly. Did not harm bio-filtration.

I used this product to get rid of lice, The koi healed up nice and no more ick was present. Good product and not too pricey. Koi were happy that they were clean and so was I.

Very effective. I had to deal with anchor worms this season and in the past I have used Dimilin. This stuff seemed much cheaper per gallon treated so I gave it a shot. Took care of the problem every bit as effectively as Dimilin.
