The product seems pretty good, and they are helpful to get the install going but wouldn't do a thing for me when their advertised coverage of 60 sq ft (for 2 coats), only covered about 50 Sq Ft and ONE coat. I asked them why and they simply said I must have done something wrong - I measured and the coat is nowhere near 10mil and it only covered 50 sq ft as I said. They did nothing to help my situation at all - and I now have a pond that doesn't even have a single coat - I need something else now to go over their false advertised product. If you want to use it, I say go for it - but buy DOUBLE what the coverage says.

Great for the DIYer. Very easy to apply and gives a nice solid leak proof seal to most any cement surface. Surface preparation is a must. It will bubble and peel off if the surface is not prepared correctly. Its best on new cement that has properly cured. The curing is a major part of the surface preparation.

My pond was sealed with this stuff years ago. I did it myself and it worked pretty well. I did notice a few pin holes but I patched with additional product and it seemed fine after that. I have read online how some people had much worse problems, but I suspect they did not prep the surface correctly. I called them before I applied the product and they heavily stressed the need to prep. So I followed their instructions to the letter and really had no serious issues
