I have been very happy with this food over the years. I will feed it for a couple weeks at least twice a year just to keep everybody healthy and I also use it if there is ever a problem, which hasn't happened in awhile, but over the years issues have come up.

I have been selling the debride medicated food for years. my customers have had excellent healing using this food. The number one complaint I get is that the koi don't always like it and don't end up eating it. Not sure if that is from the fact that the koi are sick or if they simply don't like it. And yes, koi do have the ability to taste. However those that have koi who will eat it, which is most everybody, have had great results.

I use this food for all my sick koi. I don't think any medicated koi food will treat the koi completely. But I use this while I am doing other treatments and I feel it really helps a lot.

This is the only medicated food my koi will eat. Seems to have had a good effect, but I used this at the same time as other treatments so hard to say if it was the food or a combination of several things.

Another alternative if you cannot inject your koi and are scared to do so. I used this in conjunction with the debride ointment. Koi did not seem to eat the food right away, but after a few feedings, they will slowly eat it. I did try another product, but the koi never even touched the stuff. A tad expensive for the quantity purchased.
