I didn't install a UV on my pond when i built it. A year later I decided I wanted one. This was a quick easy way and I didn't have to cut my plumbing.

I have the koi UV hooked up to a small submersible pump. It's a great little add on to the pond, it adds a the effect of a spitter with the benefit of the UV. Its a great concept and product.

I use the fish on a small water garden in the front. Nice little UV, keeps the water clear. Not cheap, but its nice to have a spitter and UV in one.
