This pumps is the best bang for your buck.
I have this pump running on my 6000 gallon koi pond out in northern california.
I have been running it for about a year with absolutely no problems.
I love this pump.
It is unbelievably quiet. I was forced to use a pool pump for about 5 months of 2007, our electric bill was nearly $100 higher due to the pool pump we were temporarily using.
As soon as we install the performance pro pump, our electric bill dropped 65 dollars the next month. The best part is that it pumped more than the swimming pool pump.

While there are defintely better pumps out there, if you are on a strict budget like me. This pump couldn't be a better choice!!!

The effectiveness of this filter is so well hidden in its small design.
The power this filter packs is immense.
The Moving K1 Filter bed in the center of the unit will easily handle a medium sized fish load in small-medium sized ponds.
This filter simply will not fail you. Both hands down!

One drawback is the price, but of course if you are willing to invest in this filter. It will only give you great results.
