I used this ssveral times and had great results. Its easy to apply, assuming you can catch and bowl the fish. You don;t need to sedate the koi if you can get them calm and roll them over in the bowl, then hold with one hand and apply to wound. Very effective.

I use this product because it allows you to treat the wound without actually touching the wound. new skin forming over a wound is very fragile and cannot be touched. So you can apply this powder and it turn to gel sealing the area without ever touching it. This aids in much faster healing and growth of new skin.

I give this to a lot of my customers when they are dealing with ulcers and infections. Its easy for them to apply themselves. Its a medicated powder that you apply to the wound and it forms a sticky gel covering that really stays on for over a day. I usually suggest they use this product as a two step process where they dip the koi, then apply this powder.

I like this because you can treat a wound without touching it. The healing skin is so fragile, that even touching it to apply an ointment can tear the new skin. With this powder you don;t have to come in contact with the wound and you get a sticky medicated cover over the wound that lasts for most of the day.

I like this product ALOT. Best topical treatment. An alternative to denture powder since it has some antibiotics on it. Best to use clove oil and sedate koi before application. Good on koi fish with ulcers, mouth rot and fin rot. Best if used with iodine then swab with biobandage

another good ointment. It is a powder that forms a sticky gel over the wound. If used carefully it can work very well. But be careful, you don't want any of this in the gills. It can also be a bit messy when you have a flopping fish and wet hands, its easy to contaminate the tip and make a mess of the powder. You can avoid this if you sedate the fish before you apply it.
