This is the pump I have in the back of my truck all the time. I have used it and abused it for years. I don't use it to operate ponds, I use it to drain them. I clean out ponds every week that are filled with sludge and gunk from years of neglect. I have used other cheaper drain out pumps and they clog frequently and died quickly. Been using this for years and it almost never clogs except in extreme situations.
