Lots and lots of air, it actually surprised me how much air I was able to get from this pump. But its not really all that quiet, so make sure you put it someplace you won't hear it.

This is a very nice air pump. Very quiet and has been giving me solid air flow for years. Its the only air pump I have ever used and I see no reason to ever buy a different one.
