my friend william lim helped me pick this out. he said it was the right pump for me. its a good pump but was very heavy to ship to Hawaii. it works well for my pond

Don't believe the wattage rating. I hooked mine up to a watt reader and it used 20% more then advertised. But otherwise a pretty decent pump. A bit more expensive then others on the market that are equally as good if you ask me.
